RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

NuCannaCo Systems, Inc. (hereinafter “Company”), owner of this website, establishes henceforth that this Return and Refund Policy (hereinafter “Policy”) shall cover the domain of NuOxyCo.com and any affiliated website (hereinafter “Site”, or collectively the “Sites”). This Policy shall complement governing agreements and documents established by the Company.
Customers, visitors, or users (individually or collectively hereinafter “User”) shall mean any person or persons using this Site and/or purchasing Company product(s) for any purpose whatsoever.
Section 1: Product Satisfaction Guarantee
If, for any reason, a Company product does not meet your expectations, the Company offers a thirty (30) day, one hundred percent (100%) money-back guarantee, less shipping and handling, (or per individually mandated legal requirements) provided the User returns said product in strict accordance to this Policy.
Section 2: Product Return and Refund Procedures
All product returns must be made as follows:
STEP 1: Prior to return, the User must contact the Company’s Customer Service Department to obtain an official “Return Authorization Number (hereinafter “RAN”).

STEP 2: Once an official RAN is issued to the User, they must ship the returning product to the address provided by the Company’s Customer Service Department. Official RANs will expire after thirty (30) days and cannot be re-issued or revalidated.

STEP 3: With the returning product, the User must include a copy of the invoice proving purchase of the product directly from the Company. Said copy of the invoice must have the RAN legibly marked on it along with a brief reason for return. Products not purchased directly from the Company are excluded from this Policy.

STEP 4: The User must ship the product back in secure packaging with adequate filler to ensure that the product is not compromised or damaged during the return shipment.

STEP 5: Once the return package is sealed and ready for shipping, the User must write the official RAN on the box so that the RAN is legible and easily seen by a Company employee.

Packages without a RAN clearly marked on the exterior are not the responsibility of the Company and may be refused or discarded.
Section 3: Responsibilities; Refund Timeline
All costs associated with the return of product are the responsibility of the User returning the product. As a matter of practice, the Company does not accept returned product shipments that do not bear an official RAN clearly marked on the exterior of the package. The Company recommends that the User ship returning products with a tracking number and insurance as risk of loss or damage in shipment of the returned product is borne solely by the User. The User is responsible for the timely return of products authorized for return and refund. If a returned product is not received at the address provided by the Company at the time of the RAN issuance, it is the responsibility of the User to trace the shipment of the returning product and no credit or refund will be provided by the Company until such time as the lost shipment is remedied.

Once an authorized return of product is successfully completed within thirty (30) days from the date of the issuance of the official RAN by the Company, a refund will be issued in accordance to the original method of payment for said returned product. Eligible refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days from the accepted return date of the product to the Company.
